At ZAYATS, we use the DEXI method (Digital Experience Excellence Index). DEXI identifies flaws and gaps in digital products from a UX/CX perspective. We developed this method to assess the quality of the interfaces we create. Before each client presentation, we meticulously review all criteria. The DEXI method can be applied to any product. Essentially, it’s an enhanced heuristic analysis that more accurately meets the criteria for evaluating digital products, making it the most precise method available today.
DEXI Levels
1. Alignment. Does your product directly give the user what they are looking for? User Thinking: I want to receive exactly what I’m searching for.

2. Satisfaction. Does your product use elements that interfere with the user getting the desired experience? User Thinking: I want nothing to hinder my interaction with the product.

3. Optimization. Does your product include unnecessary elements (blocks, buttons, sections of the site, etc.) that, if removed, wouldn’t change anything? User Thinking: I don’t want to spend time interacting with elements that don’t interest me.

4. Improvement. Does your product enhance the user experience compared to the X parameter or does it degrade it? User Thinking: I want my interaction with the product to be better than before (or better than with others).

5. Predictability. How predictable is the user’s interaction with your product? User Thinking: I want the product to guide me in having the best possible experience with it.

6. Simplification. How much have you reduced the user’s interaction time with the product, and can you reduce it further? User Thinking: I don’t want to think about how to interact with the product, but I want to achieve the desired experience.

Main Evaluation Criterion: At every level, the product should strive for 100% alignment.
